About Me

Michelle NezatWould you like to join me on the deck? I’d like to get to know you better.  Have a seat and grab a cup of coffee (or tea or whatever suits you…I’m not a coffee snob…I just personally love it so much!)

Oh no! I’m afraid it’s going to be like one of those bad first dates where your date leans over and grabs your hand softly and gazes into your eyes and says, “I’m so glad you joined me tonight so I could tell you all…about…me!”

I really would like to get to know you better, and so I hope you will interact with me after listening to my podcasts and reading my blogs, but until then, I guess we really will have to start with me.

I’m a Cajun girl living in Louisiana, but was born and raised in Idaho.  I have been a follower of Christ for as long as I can remember and that is what has shaped my life the most.  I am married to a strong, godly man with an entrepreneurial spirit and seemingly unlimited reserves of support for me. I have two gorgeous, creative young girls who keep me busy and inspired.

I love God’s Word and I love music and that is what has inspired this blog and my podcast more than anything.  God’s Word really will change the way you think, and ultimately your life.  I want to share that with you.  It’s easy.  Listen to popular music, get inspired, open up God’s Word and let it sink in and begin to change you.

Thank you very much for work you do, being inspired by God! Now I have full range of new good Christian songs with a good content and meaning. May God bless you!

    • Eve, it is my honor to make the connection between the music God is giving the artists and the Word He has so freely given us. May God bless your efforts to know Him better and live for Him!

Just wanted to say thank you for being an encourager and teacher via podcast! What a cool way to reach many across the miles! I love how you include the B.I.T.E.s in your lessons! Thank you again! I appreciate your podcast. I am listening a bit more attentively to the music I hear on the radio.

    • Rachelle, thank you so much for your words of encouragement! On this Thanksgiving week I am THANKFUL for listeners like you! Praying that God gives you an unreasonable desire for His Word and that you can use the music you listen to to reinforce what you’ve studied.
